A Truly Eco Friendly Salon

With the Government announcement that we can open the salon from the 4th July 2020. As much as we are delighted to welcome you back into the salon, there will be a few alterations to maintain yours and our safety. When booking an appointment you maybe asked for a non-refundable deposit and as its been sometime you may need to be skin tested for any colour service. We have a strict 48 hours cancellation policy. The salon is Appointment only, please contact via phone or email to book. If you do not have an appointment you will not be permitted access to the salon. IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL OR PRESENTING ANY SYMPTOMS PLEASE CONTACT THE SALON. We also ask that you pay for services card only or you can pre pay over the phone if you wish. On the day of your appointment please arrive on time and wait in your car or please download the Undone Hair app free of charge (make sure you accept the push notifications and diary access) A member of staff will guide you into the building and escort you to your station where you will be given all the essential PPE There is a £4.50 PPE charge in place which will be removed when we can relax PPE measures. you will not be allowed to wear your own mask only the mask provided. We will only be offering bottled water at this time. if you would like a hot refreshment we ask you bring your own thermal cup or flask and we can offer you a hot drink. Our paper magazine selection has moved to a digital platform which your stylist will show you how to access this in salon or feel free to bring your own device or book to read in salon.
